What kind of products can be engraved?

Almost any item can be engraved. We can not engrave PVC, Kevlar. We can not cut metal but we can etch mark it with a lasting impression.

How expensive is it to get something engraved?

We do not quote cost until we talk to our customer. Every piece is custom to the customer's needs and desires. We design and create products and strive to keep the cost as low as possible.

Turn around time?

Turn around time varies due to work load, complexity of design and product availability. At times we are able to slide in a job due to different circumstances.

What happens if I'm not satisfied?  

We have a process to talk with each customer  and provide a simulated finished product for approval. Once this is completed, we produce the product. If we are not satisfied, we will redo the item at no cost. We strive to satisfy as much as humanly possible.
